Suitable from week 12 of pregnancy and beginners welcome. Join us in a beautiful location and meet other expectant mothers in your neighbourhood for some relaxation and fun.

Postnatal Yoga
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks for c-section), beginners and babies welcome. Take a break to nourish yourself and strengthen your body. Meet other mums and their babies, exchange tips and stay for a tea or coffee after practice.
