Private Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes
Private yoga sessions are a great way to get started.
I will help you create a strong foundation so that you soon feel the confidence to practise around other yogis or establish a long term home practice - with or without my ongoing instruction.
After an initial assessment, we will draft a program tailored to your needs. Our practice will be at your pace and focus on areas that need special attention.
All of my classes consist of a combination of breathing exercises, standing and seated poses, and short meditations, all followed by deep relaxation. You will leave these sessions strengthened and rejuvenated.
After regular practice, you will notice that you will begin to come into poses with ease and know how to breathe more fully to quiet your mind.
Gradually, your form and posture will improve, as may your perspective on life.
Having just moved to the UK, leaving my comfort zone behind, I was looking for a stress-free way to recharge my batteries, take care of myself and spoil me with some “me-time”.

Linda is amazing in sensing what my body and mind need most that day and adjusts her classes accordingly – grounding, relaxing my back and shoulders, relieving tension, freeing up my mind. In addition, the 1:1 classes have really helped me to further improve my yoga skills. Linda is paying close attention to my body and postures, adjusting them carefully where needed and explaining the background behind it. I never had such an in-depth experience in my prior classes.
To me each Yoga session in this beautiful studio feels like a “mini-vacation” that I love to reward myself with. Highly recommended!
